Annoying keybord

After my pc went down and I came back to the safety of my backup T60
I experienced strage thing with my keyboard as while browsing pages and using arrow keys,
when pressing down arrow key the view of the site moved three times as much as when pressed up key
and after a while I found out that my down arrow key and space key after pressing both behave as down key first and immediately as space so when I am typing this and want to put a space in one of the uuper lines what happens is that cursor moves a line down and then the makes the space.

I am curious if anyone experienced something similar or has any suggestion for me.

btw - no other keys are unfunctional or behave this [censored] way.
