What version HotKey-driver for T42p under Windows 7?

Has anyone been able to install ver. 3.87.0000 Hotkey Drv. for Win 7 on a T42p?? If "Yes" then with which other programs and do all the hotkeys work?

I know that the question has been asked before but it seems that if it simply doesn't work Lenovo should take our Thinkpads off of the list of supported hardware! They must of tested the driver on a T4x machine so I would like to know if anyone has ever seen or heard of it working!

Please be specific as to what Thinkpad and whitch other drivers are installed on it. I've been trying to get all of my Thinkpad to work correctly for the last 2 weeks and to no avail. Access Connections works fine but every time I turn my T42 on it tells me that it is not supported ....

It is correct what you say; Hotkey ver. 3.87 does not work with a T42p under Windows 7. As explained in the thread Access Connections on R50e running Win 7? (the second post), you will need to install HotKey ver. 3.52 - try that!

If this is not a T4x problem ....move to the correct section

It is (at least!) a T4x/p problem - whether it is perhaps also a problem for other ThinkPad's, that I don't know...

Thanks JOHAN, I kind of figured that you would reply first ....... knowing your interest in T42p and that we are basically in the same time zone! Do you have your T42p fully working with Win 7? I mean with Access Connections, Presentation Director, Wireless, and all the rest ?....
