X230 IPS screen upgrade

I want to upgrade the LCD of my X230 to IPS.
I have found that the replacement parts are for IPS screens are: 04w3462 and 04w3919.

Can anybody tell me about the difference between these two? I'm afraid one of them won't have the mounting holes for the screws or something like that.

In fact, I have already ordered the 04w3919 and am shipping it to my country through a forwarding company, and the pictures they took (while not clear), suggest there are no mounting holes.

Any information from people that have gone through this upgrade would be very useful, thanks!
