Looking for X41 recovery CD (French) or any alternative

Hi,

I'm looking for a Windows XP Tablet Edition 2005 recovery CD for the ThinkPad X41 Tablet, if possible in French.

The FRU of recovery CDs for the X41 Tablet start with either "42J" or "39K".

The FRUs for the French version are: 42J8382 (newer), 39K9755 (older), 39K8952 (older).

Any alternative like a hard drive coming from an X41 Tablet still having the recovery partition or a defective X41 Tablet still having the drive inside.

I really want the XP Edition and not Windows Vista, Seven or Eight.

I could restore the Tablet Edition from an XP Pro CD from 2002, applying the SP2 afterwards.
Because the licence key was valid for the Tablet edition, I can see the Tablet PC welcome splash screen. But the touch screen is not working.

I believe that I really need a recovery CD for the tablet edition, unless is some trick that I missed...
