WTB: X60s/X61s 4-cell SLIM battery, defective is OK

I'm looking for a X60s/X61s 4-cell Slim battery (http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product ... MIGR-62401). Note that there are 2 versions of the 4-cell battery, I'm only looking for the Slim version, which does not protrude downwards. (40Y6999). I already have an Enhanced 4-cell and also an 8-cell.

I want one for aesthetic purposes only (just looking for a battery completely flush with the case). So it's fine if its aftermarket or if the cells are completely defective. In fact, I really just want the plastic casing, so it's fine even if it has no cells at all!


I''ve looked on ebay/amazon, but most sellers don't really seem to know what exactly they're selling, posting pictures that don't match the description, and getting negative feedbacks for sending out Enhanced 4-cells versions when they advertise the Slim version. So I'm trying my luck here.
