need recommendation

Hi. Need a recommendation on a ThinkPad. ​
Something that can sit on my desk and be used as a desktop, but is easily movable so I can take it to the couch with me too.
I want to hook it up to an external monitor or TV on my desk. If there is a dedicated docking solution too, that would be great.
Price isn't really an obstacle. Want a new unit. Latest and greatest type thing.
At the office we use the T440 series. Really nice too. I like it. Can't bring it home and company has way too many blocks to use as a home unit anyway.
I could do a touch screen, but have my phone for that stuff. Don't need a laptop/tablet combo... Could use it, but don't really need it.
On the couch I'd be watching short videos such as MLB highlights, or reading a book... phones are too small for me to do it there. Also, checking my Facebook page and writing social emails about computers and baseball.
Thoughts??

If you are happy with the T440-units, I would recommend you a T440s with FHD IPS screen - it is the best balanced model of this generation IMHO and a very nice ThinkPad.
