camera not showing in control panel

camera not showing in control panel

Hi
I wanted to use my camera today. Although it is listed in device manager it is not listed under scanner and cameras in the control panel. What can I do to correct the situation?

Please let us know the following:

1) What machine are we discussing here?

2) What OS?

3) What camera - integrated or external - and we'll take it from there...

You may have to change the setting on your camera, from MTP to PTP or vice versa.

Problematic those things can be, I suggest a mukti-SD USB reader, one of those instead of the 4+ different camera cords I got.
