How to turn on/off bluetooth?

Hi, mine is x201, win7 64.
I know that Fn+F5 opens a dialogue for wireless and bluetooth.
It used to work, but it does not work any more.
Is there any other way to turn on bluetooth?

Now: R51, X201, T530i
