hi i have thinkpad t60 with 14.1" lcd..

can i replace the lcd with led model?

and also where do i find the new LCD, is it ever sell new LCD or only used one?

There are no 14" (4:3) LED models available AFAIK.

You might be able to find a NOS panel, but are more likely to end up with a used LCD. These machines are 7-8 years old now and new parts are not readily available.
