T400 parts differences between LED and CCFL backlit screens

My girlfriend has disliked the samsung wxga+ screen in her T400. Me too, and now I want to change it out for something better. It looks like the best upgrade is to an LG LP141WP2-TLB1. But from what I can tell, a few parts need replacing. It seems to require a new cable, new screen bezel, and also a new board for the activity lights. Is all of this correct? Does anybody have the FRU for these?
