WTB: ThinkPad X200 or X200s

I was wondering if any forum members have a ThinkPad X200 or X200s i could buy.
I'm located in Sydney and would prefer to drive to pickup but will pay for international postage.

Minimum specifications

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo - can be any cpu from the Thinkpad X200/x200s
RAM- 2GB
HDD - 160GB.
Webcam

And I can pay a maximum of 150$ for it.

It's a loooong drive .. I will be getting an X200s tomorrow or Monday. I bought one off of eBay. I need to check it out and put stuff into it. Depending on what it has, there's a chance I can stay under $150 - if you're not planning on including shipping in that figure. Shipping will be $60-70 if I'm not mistaken. I'll let you know more when I receive it. I think it has the SXGA+ LCD (1440xx900).
