WTB - 20 batteries for 15" T61

Hello,

I'm looking for 20 batteries for the 15" T61. I'll take off-brand knock-offs. These machines are being refurbed and sent to Africa for an upstart college and seminary.

I used to find these on Ebay relatively easily, but I'm lost in a sea of 14" widescreen batteries online.

I'd hope to be able to get these for $10-15 a piece. That what I used to find them for.

I'd also appreciate help in finding them elsewhere if you know of a place.

Perhaps it will be easier to find them if you look for T60/R60 batteries. The 15.4" T61 takes the same ones.

That did help the search out a lot. So I've found vendors online, and now I wait to see if they have bulk stock and good prices...

Searching for T60 made all the difference in removing the glut of widescreen batteries from my search results. Thank you for the suggestion.

Be careful buying batteries on ebay, the new "free trade" laws allow blackmarket batteries to sneak into the country. You could end up with a battery that doesn't meet the safty standards required for lithium batteries.

I have a number of used genuine and some high quality generics and could probably give you a good deal on them, but it will have to be after the 21st as I'll be away until then.

ps. You can also search for T500/R500 batteries, they are interchangeable with the T60

Search for T500 batteries on Ebay. Find a seller with good feedback and order a bundle from them.
