FOUND: Thinkpad 760XL/XD Recovery CD

#1 Post by that1nerd » Mon Oct 20, 2014 10:04 am

I'm currently in search of some recovery CDs for a 760XL and a 760XD. These things have proven to be quite elusive, but my search continues.

I'd prefer an ISO image be sent to me, but I would be willing to pay for a physical copy. Whether it's a burned copy, or original, I don't mind, as long as it's readable.

Edit: Ozzymud provided a copy to me privately. If anyone's interested, I'd be willing to host a copy of the ISO online.

Just to be clear, you're talking about a Windows 95 OSR2 disk for the 760XL, yes? The 760XL appears to have been released with W95 and Windows NT 4.0.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for.

For the XD, I would prefer to have Windows 95, but I'll take anything I can get at this point.
