Ultranav/trackpoint scrolling issues X220t, when browsing.

When browsing certain webpages using Chrome (fully updated, and this has been going on for a few versions of Chrome) scrolling using the middle trackpoint button will when scroling left/right go forwards/backwards in my browsing history. I have not been able to see this problem running the same version of Chrome on my W500. Anyone got any hints?
