ThinkPad T430 Screen Upgradation

I have a Thinkpad T430,bearing Product ID: 2349J8Q.It has come with a 3 years warranty which will be terminated in 2016.It has a of 35.56cm (14) screen size with a resolution HD (1366 x 768).I wish to change this panel and like to upgrade to a higher resolution so that the images will be brighter and crisp.I am not sure which part will be the best as the upgrade substitute.Please suggest.

I need assistance.Can any one tell me which exert parts I need for LCD replacement?

I need the FRU no/Part No for 14" 1600 X 900 resolution display.

Am I to change the LCD cable connector also?If so,kindly provide me the FRU no/Part No for the same.
