How long is too long for a thinkpad to be in direct sunlight?

I don't know the exact time. But when I am doing outdoor test, it runs hotter and hotter. I know it will shrink the battery lifetime. It is also hard to see the screen. In my opinon, you should avoid this.

Probably about the same amount of time it takes for you to get sunburnt...Image
