Stylus working spastically on my X200t

#1 Post by emeraldgirl08 » Wed Oct 22, 2014 6:27 pm

Hi all. Starting this morning my x200tablet began exhibiting varying degrees of stylus sensitivity. I will begin writing and then the stylus will not register leaving my writing with gaps. I have to press the stylus down harder for it to register. A couple of seconds later when I resume I do not have to press the stylus down as hard. My normal manner of writing will work for a little bit and then gaps will occur once again. By this time my writing continuity is broken and lines are messy

Already tried loading up a LiveUSB of Linus Mint and the same symptom is present there as well. I also set BIOS to defaults but no luck.

Frustrated. Has anyone had this type of experience with an intermittent working of the stylus? If so what fixed it aside from buying another unit?

Well the stylus issue seems to have worked itself out :D

Not sure what had caused the issue yesterday but for x reason it has been working fine today and this evening! 8)
