OS X Yosemite on a Lenovo Thinkpad SI Yoga

Pretty much the subject line is what I am looking for.

I have a Yosemite download and heard that Lenovo's can be Hackintosh makes. I have found ways to perform them, but on other machines and I know each machine type needs a different configuration to install any OS X.

Any luck with this?
