WANT TO BUY: External floppy drive for 701c

Hello all,

I am looking out for an external floppy drive suitable for a 701c, the older chunkier style connector.

Preferably from the UK, although it depends what the international shipping charges come in at.

I do have an external floppy drive, I'm not entirely sure if it uses the same port as the one of the 701c though. However, it does work with my 760ED just fine.

The 760 external floppy is not the same. The last one I got came from Bill Morrow. The external box is used on several models but the 701 cable is unique as far as I know.

The correct FRU for the 701c floppy drive cable is 04H6916.

how many would you like..?
well, OK, i have about 3 or 4 floppy drives and the appropriate cable..
and a bunch of printer cables as well..
i still have about 8 or 9 701C's and an extremely rare 64meg memory part and the 133mhz mod system board..
NOS keyboards and NOS 8 meg system boards..

also have an original manual and have the original preload restore CD and at least one or two hard drives with win 3.11/OS2 warp..

got lots of stuff and i'm seeking an X1 carbon with a real keyboard and the IPS display..
