OD Latch

I purchased a Blu Ray drive for my t410 for about €70. Sadly the little black part that clicks into place when you insert the drive gave me problems. Firstly they had it on the wrong way around. Secondly because it had been screwed it wrongly and forced into a position it was not supposed to be in it was slightly bent at the middle.

Anyway does anyone know where I can get just the little black latch part please? I just want it to be perfect....here's a link to the part I'm talking about:

Obviously eBay is where I should look but I have no idea what it's called and the search terms to enter for it!

Easiest would probably be to just buy the cheapest (even faulty) CD/DVD drive for T400/T410/T500 you can find and remove that part.
Or if you still have your 'old' drive, remove it from there.

Yeah i did try the old DVD drive but the screws must have been put in by a super human....just couldn't budge 'em! Guess I'll have to spend a teeny bit more so....thanks!

Do you have multiple sized screwdrivers?

An ill-fitting screwdriver will result in stripped heads, or in your case, not grip the screw enough to remove it.
