I've had problems with my X301 and have suspected a sticky key but can't figure out which one. I ran the Logitech keyboard tester but even when the key is stuck it doesn't show me which one it is. I think it only shows the keystroke and not the key that is engaged.
Now, on bootup I got the message "Key stuck 1D". Is the 1D the number of the key which is stuck? Any other tool I could run when the key next gets stuck to see which one it is?
Stuck key 1D. Which one is it?

According to this, it could be Ctrl/Left or Ctrl/Right

Ah yes, at some point there was a sign showing it was a CTRL key. Thank you!
