Software to download entire web content and links

Does anyone know a good program that downloads all the content of all websites that begin with certain address?

For instance, say I would like to download all the websites and links that begin with http://www.whatever.com/content/ so that I can download and run them from my HD offline.

Freeware would be best. Or a fully working shareware

I have also found httrack (http://www.httrack.com/) and it works pretty well and there is a stand alone non-instalation version that has worked wonderfully.

I wanted to download study website but I wanted to use the website offline while I am studying.

The entire web content was like 600MB with around 25K files

I think it took all night but this will make my life so much easier
