Do you guys have a favorite place to purchase OEM parts for Thinkpads?

That would largely depend on the generation of ThinkPads in question.

There are forum members around here who sell new parts, mostly for newer machines. A simple WTB (want to buy) ad in the forum's Marketplace usually solves the problem.

IBM also sells parts, although they tend to be on the expensive side of the spectrum, but the service is flawless in my experience.
