SOLD: ThinkPad 701c - has seen better days

This 701c has been sitting in a closet for about 10 or so years. After wiping the dust off it I can tell you that the keyboard moves quite nicely, the trackpoint red isn't completely brown with finger oils, but the battery has corroded. There's lots of articles out there explaining how to repair it but I can't quite get the corroded battery out to even think about them.

The power cord was nowhere to be found but they are easily found on ebay for 10-20 dollars

The hard disk is fine I'm fairly sure as it passes a visual inspection looking A-OK.
