WTB: W510 motherboard or system

I botched the LCD replacement on my W510, and am looking for a 63Y1547 motherboard and / or a system meeting the following specs or better:
Intel Core i7-620M Dual Core, 2.66GHz\
15.6in 1920x1080 FHD LCD
1GB nVIDIA Quadro FX 880M
Webcam

I don't care about RAM or disk drives.

I feel silly asking this question, but was curious. Someone said w510 could boot from a usb. If so, could an older os be booted that way...like 98se...

Nothing too serious here just something grinding on me.

My W510 takes 12 seconds to reach the BIOS. Have tried changing the boot options in BIOS....

I'm using win7pro on a w510. I typed in backup in the start box, and a program emerged that said it would back up my system disk. At first, I thought...
