Just posting this from another forum:

"The Internet Archive has just archived 2400 MS-DOS games in a repository. All of these games are playable via stream in any browser with save / load options included. There are many highlights, what is yours?"

Running DOSBox inside a browser is, of course, an amazing achievement, and great for casual play, but I still prefer to play the original game inside the desktop version of DOSBox. Better performance and more customizability.

Other option - blow dust from our oldies T3x, T2x or may be older and play old games as it ought to be;)
Last old game i have troubles with was Magic The Gathering (MtG) from Microprose. Originally (1997) this game was written to work with W95... and it won't play on an anything from NT series (2000, XP and so on). Any tricks with compatibility is helpless. And they would say that WIN API is backward compatible for 20 years ;)

So virtualization is the only exit. But virtualizing W98 (on VMWare) give me some issues with sound...

I know about Duels of Planeswalkers. I have heard about unofficial patches for XP. And of course i know about find a couple of friend and play real MtG. But i didn't play it so many years and forgot almost everything. And i have no much time to game such a games IRW:(
