Can the combined trackpad&buttons of the t440s be replaced

I notice that the new e450 and new x1c keyboards have re-separated the trackpoint buttons and the trackpad.

Does anyone have access to them, and could post what the connectors look like?

after a year of living with it, I still hate the unipad - and obviously lenovo's worked out bad it was too.

I'm willing to contemplage dremel and glue, and even started eyeing my thinkpad usb keyboard as a donor, but this might be an even better fit !
