X201 : 3rd mini PCIe port

Hello

On my X201 tablet, the 3rd mini PCIe port (that should be approximately below the F8 key) does not seem to have been soldered.

In the documentation it is referred as the Intel-turbo-memory or WUSB slot.

What exactly needs to be soldered, besides the mini PCIe port? (ex: On the x60, the 2nd miniPCIe port also required a few more components) Would someone have the electrical schematics of the X201 tablet so that I could check if any components is also missing from my motherboard?
