How to remove bezel in 14" t60

I think it's time to replace the thermal paste on my t60, the temps just seem to cycle really quick upwards and it takes a long time for tpfc to bring it back down again.

How do I remove the heatsink/fan?

I usually stop at the bezel since the HS doesn't seem to jimmy out.

Is there a secret to removing the bezel?

Download the HMM from Lenovo's website and follow the instructions.

There's really no "secret" to removing either bezel.
