Why T41 doesn't want to install GPRS drivers correctly ?

Hi Everybody,

I have once stated my problem with lack of connection between my ThinkPad T41 through mobile Siemens M65 (with GPRS) to Internet.
I haven't got any answer so I tried and tried ... and nothing, so I will try to explain my problem better.

I would like to establish connection between T41 and M65 via IRDA, then connect M65 via gprs to mobile operator internet network.
I have installed original Siemens application to support GPRS connection from PC. GPRS on my M65 works - checked. When installed software I have brought nearer IRDA ports of T41 and M65. T41 recognises GPRS modem and installes it automatically. When I try to establish connection via Siemens GPRS assistant it doesn't recognise any port associated with GPRS.
I have checked modems properties in the System (all in Control Panel) and has COM3, but when I look into installed ports there is no COM3 installed.
This is probably problem why GPRS doesn't recognises that and cannot connect.
Do you know how to change something in T41 or win XP (Pro) to establish such connection.

Sylwester
