Question on Driver File Format

I went to one of the links posted here:

looking for drivers for my 760C. I didn't find a compatible audio driver for my laptop, but I noticed a modem driver that looked like it should work. But when I downloaded the file, it has a ".lhz" suffix. What kind of file is that? Windows error message says it's not compatible with Windows.
