Macbook Pro Retina left side bleeding? Due to IPS panel?

#1 Post by waterloo » Mon Feb 09, 2015 1:20 pm

It's REALLY difficult to see unless you are in a pitch black room and the camera can't capture it very well...

The left side is a little bit brighter (yellower?) than the right side... I don't think it's very severe since even a camera can't capture it...

here some picture

What do you think?

I took these using keyboard shortcut commands

It has also image retention issue similar to X2x0 https://www.facebook.com/ImageRetention ... MacbookPro

The quality of LED backlight technology (except few Eizo desktop monitors) is bad in general.

Haven't noticed retention issue yet. I tried flickering light test for 30 minutes and screen was fine
