Dock 4338 w/ USB 3.0 port operates at USB 2.0 speeds on W520

In case you are considering a 4338 dock for your W520, you will not be able to obtain USB 3.0 speeds if you buy the USB 3.0 version of the dock. You can read through the details here http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=116869.
