FS: Thinkpad Hard Drives 250/320/500gb

I have been upgrading all the Thinkpads I sell and use to SSD drives for a year now and have several dozen 250gb, 320gb, and 500gb SATA drives available. All have passed the resurface test from HD Sentinel and come back without bad sectors. They are all from Thinkpads and have FRU stickers on them if it matters. I have drives from Western Digital (mostly 500gb WD Blue Edition), Hitachi, Seagate, and Toshiba. I'm asking $30 each for 320gb drives and $40 for 500gb drives including shipping. Since the drives are OEM there is no warranty left but I'll definitely pack them well and guarantee against DOA.

I'd also be willing to trade multiples of them for an X220/X230 with IPS Screen in decent shape or a T520/T530/W520/W530 with a 1080p LCD. I would also trade a single drive for a backlit X230 keyboard in brand new condition. Additionally I can use a couple dozen 4gb-8gb DDR3 1600 SODIMM modules for T430's. PM me if you are interested.

It's not that hard to guess. First of all, there aren't 500GB PATA laptop drives. Second, a 320GB PATA drive would be worth upward of $70.

Updated with additional trade info. Yep, they're all SATA. Have only seen 3x PATA laptop drives all year!

Actually 500GB PATA did exist. I had a couple a few years back. But they certainly are quite rare.

All the drives that you're referring to are SATA, not PATA...

All the drives for sale in this thread are SATA. I was referring to apple and apples, rather than apples and oranges.
I wasn't referring to guessing the type by price.
