Google Nexus 4 16gb, paid off, always had screen protector, original box papers

I have a phone I've been keeping as a spare in case my wife/mom or someone needed one. I've already got the 2 newer versions, wife wants me to clean my office. Completely paid off a long time ago imei check with Tmobile will show it's not financed. Clean imei. It will look 9.9+/10 once the old screen protector is taken off, always had the screen protector on the front and back plus a rubber TPU case on it from the beginning. Running kitkat 4.4.4 stock never rooted (it worked great for me on 4.4.4 so I always follow the rule of it works great why upgrade (to Lollipop 5.1). It will include everything, the box, phone, rubber case, charger, manuals, usb cable. Bought through tmobile, Nexus 4 is default unlocked and will take any gsm or international sim.

$170 shipped, I'm not sure what the going rate is for a N4, so obo.
