Logotype orientation

Hi Board,
Is there any rule stating about ThinkPad and Lenovo logotype orientation. As I am using T430i and X240 I can see that logotypes on cover is directing in oposite directions. On T430i cover and palm rest are the same but on X240 cover is opposite.

T430, X230, W530 were the last ThinkPads with the old logo orientation - T431s was the first one with flipped around logos, and all machines after it had the same orientation.
