R@R backup question

#1 Post by Mumin » Sun May 29, 2005 5:56 pm

Hello folks,

I have a question about R@R software. Does it take more than 1 DVD disc to backup 40Gb hdd ( filled let's say in 65%). Everything goes just fine but afer the message saying that "you should label this disc as a Boot Disc" the R@R software doesn't seem to be willing to close. Is smth wrong or maybe I should put another disc into the drive? How can I know that the backup process is defenetely done? Any final message?

thank you

R&R first creates a boot disk (can be a CD) and then a data disk (DVD or CDs). The compression factor is about 50%, i.e. for your 26 GB you might need 6 DVDs, in total 1 CD + 6 DVDs.
