Anyone design and 3D print stuff. Recommend a good value 3D printer than can print flexible TPU

I like tinkering and though we already own a Makerbot it has some things I'm not fond of. I'd really like to start designing and printing some cell phone accessories but most are made of flexible TPU materials and not the rigid plastic. Is there one you can recommend, I'm very much a newbie user in this field.
