I just wanted to share the setup im using when studiyng:

Thinkpad 8, with a foldable bluetooth keyboard.
Paired with a "Wacom inkling", which stores whatever i write.

Most of the time i dont bring the keyboard :)
Thinkpad W500 (2.53 GHz P8700, 4 GB RAM, FireGL V5700, WUXGA)
Thinkpad T61F 14" (2.53 GHz QX9300, 6 GB RAM, Quadro FX570m 256 MB, SXGA). Advanced dock with AMD Radeon HD7750
Custom build ITX desktop (i5 4590, 8GB RAM, AMD R7 260X, custom watercooling)
Thinkpad 8, Fujitsu F-07C

A former co-worker of mine had one of those "smart pens" that would record everything you wrote with it and had a voice recorder so you could sync up with software on the PC. Nifty little tool, that.

I have only found one issue so far; I once plugged it into a computer to charge it. I didn't remove it "safely" and lost my notes because the folder with them got corrupted. Real men dont backup, they cry. Lesson learned, i have to transfer them now and then,..

Well.. with bad luck it can happen to every USB device. Like 1/1000 -.-
