IBM Thinkpad 365XD bios update non-existing?

I am currently searching for bios update for a TP365XD so far all of the links lead nowhere.So if anyone has a good copy that works well it would be very much appreciated.I currently have bios rev.1.0 and would like very much to upgrade ram to more than 40mg.I also donot have a floppy drive (currently searching for one)I am also looking for a larger hard drive. thanx, Jeff !!!

Pentium 100 Mhz.
Ram 40 mb. +
Hard drive 814 Meg.
