T530 integrated upgrade to 45w quad core

I wonder if anyone tried upgrading a T530 - the version without the nvidia - with a quad core.

I know that the heatsink may be inadequate, but, I will focus on this issue later, if it can work.

My one and only concern if there is any BIOS limitation to the non-nvidia T530 , that would make using a 45w not possible.

Anyone tried any of those:
3720qm - 3740qm - 3820qm - 3840qm ?
