I bought a disk cloner from Amazon for $40 and a new 240GB SSD and within 15 minutes I was up and running. My old drive was a 128GB SSD and the new on is 3.5x faster (using AS SSD Benchmark). Super happy over all. Wrote about it on my blog with specific links in case anyone is interested in doing the same. This was by FAR the best way to do it as reinstalling anything would have sucked. Oh, I also had to use AOMEI partition assistant (which was free) to move the backup partition so I could extend the C:\ partition. The whole thing probably took me about 40 minutes but only because I was being super cautious and actually tried it on another hd/laptop first to make sure the cloner wasn't going to foul up my drive.

Upgraded my T420 SSD using a disk cloner, took about 15 minutes
