Found a bug in boot order on R40 (2722)

I was trying to fix a R40 to boot from USB and does boot no problem but with one issue, boot order is correct but hard drive and usb is switched back to orginal setting every time after usb boot up. If I do not boot up usb first, still will switch back on next boot up. Bios is latest version of 1.33.

Do have T23, A31p and A21m all of them did not switch back on next boot cycles even I adjusted the boot order in bios just once.
