in the meantime, I will simply share what happens when you peel back the sticker over a fan bearing, and no matter how careful you are, manage to get lubricant all over the sticker itself -- rendering it useless.
((((the debate over whether if lubricating a press-fit phosphor-bronze bearing-mount is practical in anyway, is tertially-academic at best.))))
(EDIT: oh btw, for this, I used 3-in-1's new silicone-based machine oil. decent stuff. /EDIT)
I was so proud. I so slowly, so patiently, used a "blue" plastic razor blade and had the SUNON/Maglev sticker free, without any weird stretches or rips or cuts. adhesive all still intact! miracle!
did I still somehow manage to get lubricant everywhere to destory[sic] the sticker's adhesive? why yes, sure as money I did.

you, you who have done this, you know darned well the sticker will never, ever, ever, ever stick again.

good thing if you find suitable replacement around the house.
(don't worry, it's mylar with zero paper-content)
((also the new sticker makes me laugh a little))
