illuminated keyboard for X230, old one destroyed with foam :(

I managed to destroy my keyboard.
I tried to clean it with a foam for PCs... the power on button is dead, so is the right mouse.
The right mouse was having problems in the past, though.

I have placed an order for this one FRU 04w3074, an illuminated version

I have two questions - is there any reason why NOT to buy the illuminated one? I am concerned about haptic feedback, will it have a very different feel than the non illuminated version?
- secondly, Can anybody confirm I ordered the correct keyboard? thanks
