ThinkPad EM7345 4G LTE Mobile Broadband on a W530 machine

I do not know why you have not included the W530 series but maybe you can answer the following question:
Can I buy the ThinkPad EM7345 4G LTE Mobile Broadband module and install it to my W530 Laptop?
Info the Laptop has the H5321 gw Ericson module but I want to move to 4G since I pay for it.

No, because the EM7345 is M.2, while the W530 has only mPCIe. Even if you use an adapter, it won't work due to the whitelist in the BIOS/UEFI.

Is there any alternative? Some 4G adapter that the W530 accepts?
