T430 LCD Rear Cover Assembly replacement

The rear cover assembly for my T430 has a crack in it and I would like to replace it. There are a few questions I have.

The FRU printed in Lenovo's list as well as that commonly found when goggling "T430 LCD Rear Cover Assembly" is 04W6861. However, there is no such number printed on my rear cover. There is a P/N 0B38967 printed on it. Do these numbers refer to the same part?

Could you recommend a reputable online store to purchase this part from?

Is it really necessary to disassemble the parts under the keyboard in order to do the replacement?

No, but removing the entire LCD assembly from the base can make lcd or cover replacements much easier.
