15" R60 LCD assembly transfer to 15" T60 base?

I have a dead 15" R60 with good LCD assemebly, can I transfer the whole 15" plus hinges to 15" T60 base?

No, but the lcd panels are interchangeable (assuming same size).
Current Thinkpads: W530 (functional classic keyboard mod), X301, T61, T60, T43, T23, 600X, 770
Other: mk5 Toughbook cf-19, mk1 Toughbook cf-53
