Does the T60/T60p/T61/T61p have LED backlights?

I am interested in the 15.4" widescreen versions, at 1680x1050 or 1920x1200. Do those resolutions have LED backlights?

No, but you can replace the CCFL with LEDS.

There's absolutely no practical reason to do it though.

dr_st may mean that it might be easier dropping in an LED panel and replacement inverter, instead of ripping apart a delicate LCD panel to swap out the CCFL with the LED strip. I'm currently contemplating one or the other as I just received a T60p with a dimly-lit screen. I'm not even sure if it's an SXGA+ or UXGA (2613-CTO) at the moment as I've yet to throw some diagnostic tools at it.
