ThinkPad x240 :20ALA0K-WIG And 20AMA0JXIG

I am located in India. I am interested in buying ThinkPad x240 :20ALA0K-WIG or, 20AMA0JXIG .But I am not getting any information which one has HD with IPS display. I am looking for IPS display.
There is a much cheaper model 20AMA1XM00..it has Core i3 4th Gen. DOS and normal HD display. I am not sure if the display of it can be upgraded to IPS panel.
